The website currently has no active form, so we do not collect data automatically as you browse. If you write to us at hola@ecodex.es, we will only process the data you provide in your message (for example, your name, your email and the content of your enquiry).
How we use it
We use that data only to read and reply to your enquiry and, where appropriate, to follow up on a possible collaboration. We do not build profiles or make automated decisions.
Legal basis and retention
The basis is your consent when contacting us. We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your request and, afterwards, for any applicable legal periods. We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required, nor do we carry out international transfers.
